Consideration matters for customizing and implementing an enterprise resource planning system in Thailand

The objective of this research is to understand consideration matters for customizing an ERP system and the success factor of ERP implementation in Thailand. This study employs a quantitative survey method to analyze the data from ERP Implementors who have implemented ERP during the years 2004 – 2024, totally 74 samples. Results indicate that lower customization allows better implementation. This study is beneficial to future entrepreneurs or ERP Implementors in the matter of assisting with the rapid and expected budget scope.
