Environmental Ethics Awareness in STEAM Education: Cross-national Student Survey Dataset (Portugal, Turkey, Poland)

This dataset contains anonymized survey responses from 283 students aged approximately 10–14 years, enrolled in compulsory education in Portugal, Türkiye, and Poland. All participating schools are partner institutions in the Erasmus+ “Eco-Maker” project (“Production of Prototypes with STEAM Content in Maker Workshops Against Climate Change”, KA220-SCH, ID 20231PT01KA220SCH000155915), which focuses on STEAM education and climate change. The dataset was collected to assess students’ environmental ethics awareness and to compare patterns across countries and gender. The final analytical sample includes 283 valid cases; rows with missing core demographic information were excluded from analysis.The Environmental Ethics Awareness Scale was used (Karakaya and Yılmaz, 2017).
