Photograph of female garment workers making hats, ca.1925. Fifteen women are visible sitting around a long u-shaped table making hats. Hat stands line the center of the table with various styles of hat on each one. Each woman appears to be working on making a different kind of hat. Two of the women stand on the left and right looking at what the workers are constructing. The table is covered with thread, scissors, fabric, and other sewing tools. Long cabinets are visible behind the women.
