Data and R code for: Genus-level Chlorophyta succession in intensive Penaeus vannamei ponds: associations with nutrient stoichiometry, water quality, and shrimp growth

Data, R code, and results supporting the manuscript “Genus-level Chlorophyta succession in intensive Penaeus vannamei ponds: associations with nutrient stoichiometry, water quality, and shrimp growth” (submitted to Hydrobiologia). Four commercial ponds (A11–A14) at PT Sumber Agromina Jaya, North Lombok, Indonesia, were sampled weekly during one grow-out cycle (August–October 2025). Contents: four CSV input files (water quality, pH, growth performance, pond culture conditions); the R script that reproduces all tables and figures; outputs.zip with all results, figures (Fig1–Fig4), the console log, and session information; README.md with the data dictionary and reproduction steps.
