Montenegro's Medium (MM): a serum free, low cost axenic medium for robust growth of Naegleria fowleri

This record contains the figures and build script for Montenegro’s Medium (MM). Files include Figure_1.tif to Figure_5.tif (300 dpi, LZW), a short README, and make_mm_figures.py that recreates the uploaded panels. Install Python 3.12 and packages: numpy, pandas, matplotlib, pillow, scipy. Run python make_mm_figures.py to export the five TIFFs in the working folder. The MM recipe and handling notes sit in the attached Supplementary Information. There are no human or animal data. All files are open for reuse under CC BY 4.0.
