Olive fruit X-ray microtomography image dataset

Dataset of gray level cross-section images from X-ray microtomography of 121 olive fruits of five different varieties, from two harvest years (2020-2021) from different farms of Campania Region (South Italy). Each folder contains the images of one olive fruit. A word file is included with the folder name codes to identify the harvest location of each olive fruit.
