Gut microbiological changes in patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the oesophagus

The oesophagus is an important part of the body's digestive system. Studies have shown that the development of oesophageal adenocarcinoma is closely related to the imbalance of the intestinal microbiota. The aim of this study was to investigate the changes in the composition of the intestinal flora between patients with oesophageal squamous cell carcinoma and normal subjects.
