Raw whole-genome sequencing data derived from the tail of a male NOD SCID gamma (NSG) mouse (Mus musculus). The mouse was purchased from Charles River and had carried a subcutaneous human non-small cell lung cancer xenograft. This data was used to generate an NSG-adaped mouse reference genome.
