The study aims to identify the fibrolytic bacteria in the rumen of camel and sheep using Illumina Mi Seq. The project includes six sample, three for camels and three for sheep.
Using 16s rRNA sequencing technology, in vitro fermentation was used to study the effects of mixed fermentation of alfalfa and paper mulberry with different proportions on rumen microbial diversity.
