A multichannel whole-cortex ECoG dataset of epileptic seizures in rats with Racine score-based behavioral annotations

This repository contains the electrophysiological data and related analysis code for the article “A multichannel whole-cortex ECoG dataset of epileptic seizures in rats with Racine score-based behavioral annotations”. We provide a comprehensive dataset of cortical electrocorticography (ECoG) recordings simultaneously acquired with high-definition behavioral videos during acute epileptic seizures induced by lithium-pilocarpine in rats. Each seizure event was annotated according to the classic Racine scale (I–V) by two independent experienced scorers.
