Transcriptomic sequence data of soybean root treated with Flavobacterium sp. under alkaline stress

The transcriptome sequencing of soybean root under different treatments was conducted. The treatments include CK, control; FCK, Flavobacterium sp. treatment; AS, alkaline stress; FAS, alkaline stress + Flavobacterium sp. treatment. Set up 3 biological replicates. The samples of the CK treatment group include F_CK1, F_CK2, and F_CK3; the samples of the FCK treatment group include F_FCK1, F_FCK2, and F_FCK3; the samples of the AS treatment group include F_AS1, F_AS2, and F_AS3; the samples of the FAS treatment group include F_FAS1, F_FAS2, and F_FAS3.
