Data for publication: A rapid rate of sex-chromosome turnover and non-random transitions in true frogs

This data herein includes intermediate Stacks analyses files for RADsequencing of >700 individuals from 20 species of frogs. Sample and methodological details can be found in the publication. Also included are the intermediate files used in creation of the phylogeny used in the paper.
