Overview This feature service provides American Community Survey housing inventory data for U.S. states, counties, and census tracts. It summarizes the distribution of housing units by structure type, including detached and attached single-family homes, multifamily buildings, mobile homes, and other housing forms, along with related owner-occupied and renter-occupied breakdowns and calculated percentage measures. Feature Layers State: State-level polygon features with statewide housing structure composition, ownership and tenure summaries, and area measurements. County: County-level polygon features with county housing structure composition, ownership and tenure summaries, and area measurements. Tract: Census tract polygon features with tract-level housing structure composition, ownership and tenure summaries, and area measurements. Content The layers support comparison of housing patterns across geography, including total housing units, single-family detached housing, multifamily structure categories, mobile homes, and other occupied housing types. Calculated fields provide ready-to-use percentages and occupied-unit summaries that help characterize housing structure and tenure patterns.
