KyFromAbove Phase2 Elevation Layer

<div>The KyFromAbove Phase2 Hosted Elevation Layer was created using Kentucky's statewide two-foot digital elevation model (DEM). This layer is intended for use in Kentucky-specific Web Scenes and as a ground surface in elevation widgets.
