S=(1/AX)*√[(X1-AX)^2+(X2-AX)^2+(X3-AX)^2+(X4-AX)^2]/3 其中S为企业季度用电量稳定性，AX为企业近12个月内季度平均用电量，X1、X2、X3和X4分别为企业近12个月内企业每个季度的用电量季度用电量稳定性表示不同季度的用电量稳定程度，该数值越大，表示企业用电量随季度变动越明显；反之，该数值越小，表示企业用电量随季度变动小，各季度用电量趋于稳定；通过分析企业季度用电量稳定性，可精准了解企业近12个月的用电量情况，并据此制定企业用电量优化方案。

This dataset collects power consumption data of enterprises to analyze quarterly power consumption stability, accurately grasp the power consumption status of enterprises in the past 12 months, and formulate enterprise-level power consumption optimization schemes covering energy management, power consumption planning, energy monitoring and other aspects. Based on the enterprise's power demand and power consumption change trends, reasonable power consumption plans can be developed to avoid power waste and excessive electricity use. Meanwhile, energy conservation transformation suggestions can be put forward according to the energy efficiency level of the enterprise's power consumption equipment. A power consumption monitoring system will be established to monitor power consumption and energy consumption in real time, detect abnormal situations in a timely manner and take corresponding measures to ensure power safety and efficiency.

Power consumption data of manufacturing enterprises, including the quarterly power consumption of each quarter within the past 12 months.

2. Data Processing
Statistical analysis is conducted on the collected data, and the enterprise's quarterly power consumption stability S is calculated via the following formula:
S = (1/AX) × √[(X₁ - AX)² + (X₂ - AX)² + (X₃ - AX)² + (X₄ - AX)²] / 3
Where S represents the quarterly power consumption stability of the enterprise, AX is the average quarterly power consumption of the enterprise in the past 12 months, and X₁, X₂, X₃ and X₄ are the power consumption of each quarter respectively within the past 12 months.
The quarterly power consumption stability indicates the fluctuation degree of power consumption across different quarters. A larger S value indicates more significant quarterly changes in the enterprise's power consumption; conversely, a smaller S value means smaller quarterly fluctuations, with the enterprise's power consumption tending to be stable across quarters. By analyzing the quarterly power consumption stability, the enterprise's power consumption status in the past 12 months can be accurately understood, and corresponding power consumption optimization schemes can be formulated accordingly.
