Replication Data for: Matteo Salvini’s Twitter Rhetoric (2015–2023)

This dataset contains approximately 50,000 tweets from Matteo Salvini’s official Twitter account, collected using the Python library SNSCRAPE. The dataset spans from January 1, 2015, to February 5, 2023, and includes various metadata fields such as user identification, publication date and time, text content, media type (videos, images, GIFs, polls), engagement metrics (likes, replies, retweets), mentions, and hashtags. The dataset is part of a sociological research project analyzing the emotions and prejudices mobilized in Salvini’s rhetoric and aesthetics regarding migration.
