Turnover in the transport industry in Germany 2017, by sector

The warehousing and support activities sector is Germany's most profitable transport sector. In 2017, it generated 134.2 billion euros, accounting for about 41 percent of all turnover made within the country's transport industry. It was also almost triple the amount generated by the second entry - road freight.
