资源简介:

ASSOCIATED MANUSCRIPT: This repository contains the dataset and statistical analysis outputs supporting the findings of the following research manuscript:Gáspár B. et al. (2026). Acute adaptations in dynamic torque and torque control to practicing with known and unknown sequences of concentric and eccentric muscle contractions in healthy young adultsDATA DESCRIPTION:This repository contains the processed biomechanical dataset and statistical analysis outputs used in a study examining how load predictability and contraction velocity influence neuromuscular performance, torque control, joint position sense, and short-term mechanical work adaptations during eccentric and concentric quadriceps contractions. FILES INCLUDED:1. Dataset.csvParticipant-level processed biomechanical and demographic data used for statistical analyses. Each row represents one participant. Statistical_Analysis_Report.pdfStatistical analyses were performed using GraphPad Prism 9.5.1 software.Including:Shapiro–Wilk normality teststwo-way repeated measures ANOVA one-way repeated measures ANOVA Friedman testpaired-samples t-test The statistical outputs provide transparency and allow verification and reproducibility of the analyses reported in the manuscript. DATA PROCESSING:Raw biomechanical measurements were processed prior to statistical analysis, and the data processing procedures are described in detail in the manuscript. ETHICS AND ANONYMIZATION:The dataset does not contain any personally identifiable information. All participants were anonymized prior to data processing. SOFTWARE:Statistical analyses were performed using:GraphPad Prism 9.5.1 REUSE:The dataset may be reused for academic and research purposes, provided that the associated manuscript is properly cited.
