Rangifer tarandus caribou Raw sequence reads

The project objective is to delineate a set of SNPs to be integrated in a high-throughput genotyping chip that would be usable for all Rangifer tarandus population wolrd-wide. The sampling includes a majority of samples from East Canada but also other Canadian and Eurasian samples. SNPs were selected based on a minimal allele frequency at least higher than 10% so that an interesting number of polymorphisms would still be informative whatever the studied population(s).
