Continuous maintenance of TMS through BPO: challenges and impacts on pharmaceutical logistics.

This Zenodo repository brings together appendices A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H, which complement the article analyzing the continuous maintenance of a Transportation Management System (TMS) through BPO (business process outsourcing) in a pharmaceutical environment. It provides information about the participants, the categories derived from the content analysis, the questionnaire used, the research protocol, factors influencing TMS before and after BPO, the relationship between respondents' statements and the research categories, and analysis using the roadmap. The materials deposited here enable replicability and verification of the evidence presented in the study, facilitate understanding of the methodological procedures adopted in the triangulation among interviews, surveys, and documents, and document the practical recommendations and limitations identified.
