Supplementary Data for Genome Wide Cross Analysis Identifies Shared Genetic Loci between Obesity and Orthopedics-related Diseases

Leveraging summary-level data from the FinnGen cohort and summary-level data from the genome-wide association studies(GWASs) conducted on European individuals. We illuminated the potential health benefits of reducing the incidence of obesity to mitigate the risk of chronic bone disorders. It also unveils a shared genetic basis between obesity and chronic bone disorders, offering valuable insights into the intricate biological pathways.
