Cytokines gene signatures on primary human cells

We derived gene set signature for GSEA investigation study from primary cell culture derived from healthy patients. Cells were exposed or not to cytokine for 24H before RNA collection and microarray analysis IFNg, TNFa, IL-1b and TGFb gene signatures were established on primary culture of keratinocytes, endothelial cells, fibroblasts and melanocytes by incubating cells for 24h in presence of either IFNg, TNFa, IL-1b, TGFb or without cytokine
