Data supporting "Spin-orbit-enhanced correlation sensitivity and anomalous magnetic response in non-dimerized 4d4 ilmenite CdRuO3"

This dataset contains research data supporting a study of ilmenite-type CdRuO3. The files include data used for the structural, magnetic, thermodynamic, electrical-transport, and electronic-structure analyses reported in the associated manuscript. The dataset contains processed data for powder X-ray diffraction, magnetic susceptibility, magnetization, heat capacity, and electrical resistivity measurements, together with representative analysis files used to generate the figures in the manuscript. Where applicable, the files are organized according to the corresponding figure numbers in the manuscript. CdRuO3 is a 4d transition-metal oxide with an ilmenite-type structure. The dataset is intended to provide the numerical basis for the reported crystallographic analysis, magnetic response, low-temperature heat capacity, non-metallic transport behavior, and related discussion of the electronic state of Ru ions in this compound. The files are under restricted access during peer review and will be made openly available upon publication of the associated article.
