Exploiting read noise of filamentary VCM ReRAM for robust TRNG

Data for generation of random numbers using read noise of TaOx devices. The following data is provided: Read noise: 100 measurements of read noise lasting 2 seconds each. The data is stored in txt files. The first 24 lines show metadata. The measurement data starts from line 25. Thus, the data can be read in python for example by: pandas.read_csv(filename, dtype=float, skiprows=24,sep="\t") Data for TaOx and STO are provided. The data is stored in .dat files. The data is stored in one column. The data can be read by python with numpy.savetxt(filename)
