By integrating intelligent robots with machine vision and thermal imaging technologies, it enables intelligent operations and real-time anomaly feedback and early warning, replacing manual inspections, eliminating hidden dangers in blind areas, and effectively avoiding storage losses. 1. Intelligent Positioning: Based on industrial vision-based positioning solutions, through the interconnection and interoperability between vision and motion control components, it realizes businesses such as intelligent dispensing, screw driving, assembly, and palletizing, featuring good flexibility, high positioning accuracy, and fast efficiency. 2. Production Line Qualification Certification: By deeply integrating intelligent recognition equipment into home appliance production business and collaborating with production systems such as MES, it realizes real-time intelligent verification of the work qualifications of operating personnel in key processes of home appliance production lines, prevents production accidents caused by unqualified personnel operating, effectively reduces manual patrol costs, and improves the traceability efficiency of production abnormal events. 5. Production Video Linkage: By connecting and linking production videos of each production line in the workshop with platforms such as MES and equipment management, it realizes video recording to objectively restore the production process. When abnormal changes occur on the production line, production systems such as MES will initiate notifications, and actively record videos of corresponding points for abnormal events such as abnormal line stoppage, progress deviation, order switching, sealed repackaging, and order tailings, and perform pop-up reminders and tag-based storage for the videos. This realizes transparent production processes, improves decision-making efficiency, integrates all production data to ensure production safety, and triggers linkage responses for abnormalities to guarantee product quality.
