In this study of viruses we obtained 3 transcriptomes (RVP) from thepelagic zone of oligotrophic Lake Baikal (Russia). Fraction less than 0.2 micrometer. One hundred liters was sampled in July-August 2022 at three sites of the pelagic zone from the surface to a depth of 15 m.
