In this work, we studied the effect of temperature on NPQ induction and relaxation in <em>Arabidopsis thaliana</em> by recording chlorophyll fluorescence with pulsed-amplitude modulation (PAM) fluorometry. This dataset contains de data underlying the publication "Non-Photochemical Quenching speeds up with increasing temperatures". In this dataset you will find NPQ curves recorded with PAM fluometry, the README file gives an overview of the presented data.
