The dataset contains T-cell Receptor Beta Chain sequences from multiple sclerosis patients. Individual cDNA molecules were labeled with an unique molecular identifier (UMI) tag prior to library preparation. Custom adapters with sample barcodes were used. Libraries were prepared according to our standardized protocol (http://www.frontiersin.org/Journal/10.3389/fimmu.2013.00456/abstract). Sequencing was performed using Illumina HiSeq2500.
