PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition of a biodegradable plant fiber raw material grain， and its production method. SOLUTION: Its raw material grain contains， as components， 40 to 60% of plant fiber grain， 20 to 30% of starch， 10 to 20% of vegetable gum powder formed by fermenting the starch， 5 to 10% of a water-soluble polymer glue， and 3 to 5% of cellulose protein. Its production process includes the steps of: properly adjusting a ratio of the blending according to mainly a production method， kneading the fiber grain， starch， and the vegetable gum grain each by rotation for 10 to 40 minutes in a separate kneader， kneading all blending components in batch stirring in a fourth kneader to obtain a mixed raw material; and thereafter， molding the mixed raw material into a plurality of strands in a molder， cutting the strand into a granular raw material grains by a cut unit， cooling the strand， and packaging the raw material grain product.
