Altair-dvOPM: an open-access platform for large-field three-dimensional tissue imaging

This Zenodo repository contains imaging data associated with our manuscript describing Altair-dvOPM, an open-access, direct-view oblique plane microscopy platform for large-field three-dimensional tissue imaging. Because the raw volumetric datasets are very large, this deposit provides the raw data and full volumetric processed image data for the bead-based resolution characterization, together with full-resolution maximum-intensity projections for the biological imaging demonstrations. Additional raw or volumetric imaging data are available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request.
