Biodegradation pathway and mechanism of Lysinibacillus sphaericus 38-6 on triphenylmethane dye aniline blue

In this study, an aniline blue degrading bacterium was isolated from soil and identified as Lysinibacillus sp. by molecular biology. Moreover, we sequenced and annotated its genome, and analyzed its strategies for dye decomposition at the genomic level to provide insight into the mechanism of dye decomposition for guiding the development of its new applications.
