LncRNA and mRNA expression profile of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in primary Sjögren’s syndrome patients

RNA-seq technology was used to detect the differentially expressed LncRNAs and mRNAs between five paired pSS patients and healthy control PBMCs. In this study, 44 out of 1772 LncRNAs and 1034 out of 15424 mRNAs were expressed differentially in the PBMCs of pSS patients. Examination of LncRNA and mRNA expression profile of 5 pSS patients and 5 healthy controls.
