TDCPP calorimetry and euglycemic clamp manuscript

Tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl) phosphate (TDCPP) is an organophosphate flame retardant whose exposure levels are positively associated with obesity, hyperglycemia, insulin resistance, and steatosis in humans. In the current study, we exposed mice to TDCPP via the diet and then performed indirect calorimetry, glucose tolerance testing, body composition analysis, and hyperinsulinemic euglycemic clamp to assess insulin sensitivity. At study termination we excised livers and performed lipid quantification and gene expression analysis. These are the data from the manuscript.
