Bulk RNA-seq of colonic epithelial stem cell-derived organoids from healthy epithelial HO-1 knockout and control mice exposed to hemin vs vehicle

This dataset contains RNA sequencing profiles of colonic epithelial organoids isolated from mice with intestinal epithelial-specific deletion of Hmox1 and littermate controls. Organoids were exposed to hemin for 24 hours to assess the influence of epithelial HO-1 on transcriptional responses to heme-induced stress. Overall design: RNA-seq profiling of epithelial organoids from Hmox1fl/fl (control) and Hmox1?IEC (epithelial HO-1 knockout) mice that were exposed to hemin (200 µM) for 24 hours vs vehicle.
