"This dataset collects graph representations in GML format produced by the Isomera project to support research on data lineage, redundancy detection, and graph-based benchmarking in Data Mesh architectures. It includes two complementary groups of scenarios: TPC\u2011DS derived benchmark graphs that model realistic data-warehouse architectures used for performance and matching experiments, and synthetic random-lineage graphs designed for robustness testing of isomorphism and duplication detection algorithms. Each GML file encodes nodes (data artifacts, tables, or services), edges (lineage or dependency relations), and attribute metadata useful for node-matching and graph neural network experiments. The dataset aims to provide reproducible inputs for algorithm evaluation, visualization, and comparative studies.
