Stomach microbiome analysis in BALB/c mice

The objective of this study was to investigate how the murine gastric microbiota responds to antibiotic (amoxicillin)-mediated dysbiosis and subsequent gastrointestinal colonization with Candida albicans CHN1. Our data provide insight into both the immediate effects of these perturbations of the bacterial microbiota as well as community recovery after 4 weeks.
