食品安全问题越来越成为普通老百姓甚至是政府部门关注的焦点之一。铅是一种灰白色有害金属元素,属于重金属中的一种,长期过量摄入可导致人体慢性中毒.测定炒货食品及坚果制品中的铅含量是否达到国家标准，提前做好食品的筛选工作，为消费者的安全和部门监管做好监测工作。1.数据采集：采集样品编号、检验数量、样品名称、项目、方法、最大限定值、报告值、单位等信息；2.数据处理：(1)是否超出标准值，报告值为未检出、报告值小于等于最大限定值的为未超出，反之为超出，具体使用IF、OR的函数；(2)炒货食品及坚果制品中铅含量监测总数：为数据统计范围内总检验数量；(3)炒货食品及坚果制品中铅含量检出问题项次数：通过SUMIF函数将超出标准值的检验数量求和；(4)炒货食品及坚果制品中铅含量问题发现率=炒货食品及坚果制品中铅含量检出问题项次数/炒货食品及坚果制品中铅含量监测总数*100%。

Food safety has increasingly become one of the focal concerns of ordinary members of the public and even government agencies. Lead is a gray-white harmful metallic element belonging to heavy metals; long-term excessive intake of lead can cause chronic poisoning in the human body. The purpose of this dataset is to determine whether the lead content in roasted seed foods and nut products meets national standards, conduct pre-screening of foods, and carry out monitoring work to ensure consumer safety and support regulatory departmental supervision.

1. Data collection: Collect information including sample number, inspection quantity, sample name, test item, test method, maximum allowable limit, reported value, and unit.
2. Data processing:
(1) Judgment of standard compliance: If the reported value is "not detected" or less than or equal to the maximum allowable limit, the sample is considered as not exceeding the standard; otherwise, it is considered as exceeding the standard. Specifically, the IF and OR functions are used for this judgment.
(2) Total monitoring samples for lead content in roasted seed foods and nut products: The total number of inspected samples within the statistical scope.
(3) Number of problematic detected items for lead content in roasted seed foods and nut products: Sum the quantity of inspections that exceed the standard limit using the SUMIF function.
(4) Problem detection rate of lead content in roasted seed foods and nut products = (Number of problematic detected items / Total monitoring samples for lead content in roasted seed foods and nut products) * 100%.
