Genomic background of social behaviour in sheep

The project contains whole genome sequencing data from 14 domestic sheep (Ovis aries). The aim is to study genomic background of social behavior in sheep. The animals underwent behavioral tests and were divided into human-oriented and flock-oriented groups. Cheek swabs were taken from them, from which DNA was isolated. Sequencing was performed using Illumina paired-end technology. Raw reads are deposited in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA).
