Sporothrix schenckii is a thermodimorphic fungal pathogen , which is the etiologic agent of the sporotrichosis, a subcutaneous mycosis that affects humans and other mammals. The purpose of this work is to integrate the information of the complete sequence of two Colombian isolates characterized by morphology and genotypically with the information available in the databases on this complex and thus to increase the universal knowledge of the Sporothrix schenchii complex.
