The rosette leaf samples of Arabidopsis thaliana wild type Col-0 and autophagy deficient mutant atg5 during heat stress for 0-, 3-, 6- and 9-hours were used to fulfill RNA-seqencing. We want to understand the reprogramming events in Col-0 and atg5 under heat stress and the difference of biological processes between the above two plant lines.
