Data BIBLIO Employee Performance

This file contains a compiled dataset extracted from the Scopus bibliographic database, specifically curated for conducting a systematic literature review. It includes metadata such as titles, authors, abstracts, keywords, and publication details relevant to the research topic. The dataset was gathered from the Scopus database by applying targeted keywords like "employee performance." The selection of publications was confined to the years 2020 through 2025 to reflect recent trends and developments in the field. The extracted data were saved in both bibtex and RIS formats to maintain compatibility with the main analytical software employed: Bibliometrix R, which handles statistical computations and initial visualizations, and VOSviewer, used for creating network visualization maps.
