Genome sequencing of bacteriophages infecting Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Viruses

Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a food-borne pathogen. In this study, we isolate and characterize bacteriophages infecting V. parahaemolyticus. One of the objectives of this study is to determine the genome sequence of V. parahaemolyticus phage and to investigate its diversity and infection mechanism.
