DLSI - laser speckle intensity autocorrelation data

Intensity autocorrelation data collected with Dynamic Light Scattering Imaging system. Matlab file contains: One set of "whole cortex" imaging data, including intensity autocorrelation, spatial and temporal contrasts and best fit data (used to generate Figure 1,2 and S1-S4, S6-S8) A representitative set of stroke imaging: with baseline and after-stroke intensity autocorrelation, contrasts and best fits data (used to generate Figure 3 and S10) Recording parameters (sampling and exposure times).本数据集为采用动态光散射成像系统（Dynamic Light Scattering Imaging system）采集得到的强度自相关数据，存储于Matlab格式文件中，包含以下三类内容： 1. 一套全皮层成像数据集，涵盖强度自相关、空间对比度与时间对比度数据以及最优拟合结果，该数据集用于生成图1、图2及补充图S1~S4、S6~S8； 2. 一组代表性脑卒中成像数据集，包含基线状态与卒中后状态下的强度自相关、对比度数据及最优拟合结果，该数据集用于生成图3及补充图S10； 3. 实验记录参数，具体包括采样时长与曝光时长。
