This dataset includes CTD (Conductivity, Temperature, and Depth) transects collected in Kachemak Bay, Alaska, during 2002 and 2003. The data were collected using an SBE-19+ CTD, equipped with a transmissometer, fluorometer, and PARI sensor. The transects were repeated multiple times to capture seasonal variations in oceanographic conditions within the bay.
