The dataset in this paper was sampled from the quality results of the surveys on the water of the Poyang Lake conducted by the Poyang Lake Wetland Observation and Research Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in January, April, July and October from 2013 to 2018. We described the procedure and methods of water sampling, laboratory tests and data quality control. It reflects the seasonal and interannual changes of water quality in Poyang Lake in recent years, and contributes to scientific research, project application and decision-making efforts for lake water environmental protection. The dataset consists of physical and water chemical parameters. We measured the physical parameters on the spot by portable water quality analyzer. Water chemical parameters, such as total nitrogen, total phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen, were measured by Shimadzu UV-2450 UV spectrophotometer, and CODMn was measured by means of acid burette titration.

本文所用数据集取自中国科学院鄱阳湖湿地观测研究站于2013至2018年1月、4月、7月、10月开展的鄱阳湖水体水质调查所得的合格水质数据。本文详述了水样采集、实验室检测及数据质量控制的流程与方法。该数据集反映了近年鄱阳湖水质的季节与年际变化特征,可为湖泊水环境保护相关的科学研究、项目申报及决策制定提供支撑。本数据集包含水体物理参数与水化学参数两类。物理参数采用便携式水质分析仪现场测定。水化学参数方面,总氮、总磷及氨氮等指标采用岛津(Shimadzu)UV-2450型紫外分光光度计进行测定,高锰酸盐指数(CODMn)则通过酸式滴定法完成检测。
