Screening host antiviral proteins using a natural variant of PEDV which inducing enhanced immune response on MARC-145 cells

We screened out a naturally occurring PEDV variant strain 85-7C40 on Vero cells, which showed significantly attenuated viral replication compared with its parent strain 85-7 on MARC-145 cells. In order to obtain a global view of the potential specific host proteins involving in the 85-7C40 infection process, we performed the comparative transcriptome analysis between the different experiment groups at 24 hpi.
