该数据包含2023年至今广东省当年累计专利授权量数据和截至当年月度有效发明专利量数据，专利授权量数据为广东省各市的三种专利量（即发明专利授权量、实用新型专利量、外观设计专利量）统计数据，发明专利有效量为广东省各市截至当年月度有效发明专利量统计数据。专利授权量是指一段时间内经国家知识产权局授权的专利的数量，发明专利有效量是指经国家知识产权局授权且在统计时限截止前法律状态仍然有效的发明专利的数量。该数据可用于了解全省及各地市专利授权统计数据、发明专利有效量统计数据。

This dataset includes cumulative annual patent grant count data and monthly valid invention patent stock data for Guangdong Province from 2023 to the present. The patent grant count data covers statistics on three types of patents for each prefecture-level city in Guangdong: invention patent grants, utility model patents, and design patents. The valid invention patent stock data consists of statistics on monthly valid invention patent counts for each prefecture-level city in Guangdong as of each monthly cutoff of the current year.

Patent grant count refers to the number of patents authorized by the National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA) within a specified period. Valid invention patent stock refers to the number of invention patents that have been authorized by CNIPA and remain legally valid as of the statistical cutoff date.

This dataset can be used to acquire patent grant statistics and valid invention patent statistics for the entire province and its subordinate prefecture-level cities.
