Datasets from performed Seahorse XFp analysis including metabolic phenotype of T98G cells recovering from doxorubicin stress (exp. conditions - 48h and 14 days), and MFN1-GFP or MFN2-mCh plasmid constructs (negative data requiring optimalisation) and glycolysis efficiency differences between T98G and U87 cells.
Additonal data from fluorescence microscopy analysis including confirmation of MFN1 and MFN2 transfection (including plasmids and esiRNA), intracellular GSH content in cells (selected experimental conditions) and Lipid peroxidation status (selected experimental conditions).
Additional files contain a few posters with data presented on international conferences (incl. representative microphotographs, data from specific measurments and proper descriptions)
