A Novel Expanding Window Tensor TOPSIS (EWTT) Approach for Dynamic Sustainability Ranking of Countries

This package contains the Python replication code and the complete numerical results required to reproduce all analyses, tables, and figures reported in the manuscript. The empirical application uses the publicly available ND GAIN Country Index covering 152 countries over the period 2000–2024. The code is self contained and can be executed in any Python environment; for convenience, it is ready to run in Google Colab.
