Oral bacterial microbiota in moderate caries and inflammatory markers of dental pulp tissue

To quantify the expression of Toll-like receptors and inflammatory cytokines in the dental pulp tissue, either exposed or not to moderate caries and to correlate this data with the diversity of the oral bacterial microbiome.
